It's an unfortunate truth for Aston Martin, but the owner's son is the perpetrator - and 750 workers can miss out on significant pay raises

POLE POINT: Lance Stroll, poor Lance Stroll, POLE POITION. You don't hear it often enough, considering that he is the privileged son of a billionaire father who actually bought a Formula One team for him. However, in this moment, the 24-year-old Canadian is still firmly a prisoner in a golden cage. That's because his appearance is so wonky. With 47 points in comparison to teammate Fernando Alonso's third, who has 170, he ranks ninth in the drivers' standings. Alonso has spent just one lap out of the top ten this season, in Stroll 276 laps, which is more disappointing. Alonso's average grid position is 5.6th, behind Stroll's 11th.

Will Lewis Hamilton leave Mercedes in search of an elusive eighth world title?

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 6, 2023
Although Mercedes' current form - or lack thereof - as the fourth best team on the grid and committed to the difficult challenge of upgrading their car - could devolve into a terminal complaint as the season progresses, Hamilton wonders whether or not he'll win the eighth world championship representing what he's dubbed his'masterpiece'. And it may become a case not only of 'if' and 'when', but of 'where'?In other words, will he feel a pull to leave Mercedes and finish his career in pursuit of his one remaining racing dream at a team better equipped to power him to the elusive octuplet?
