Martha Kehres Roby (née Dubina, 1976) is an American prosecutor and politician serving as the United States Representative for Alabama's 2nd congressional district since 2011.
She defeated incumbent Democratic U.S. Representative Bobby Bright in 2010 as a member of the Republican Party.

Martha Dubina was born in Montgomery, Alabama. She is the niece of Joel Fredrick Dubina and his wife; her father became a Senior Judge on the Eleventh Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals.
