Marta Rovira (Vic) was born 25 January 1977, a Catalonia and Spanish lawyer who has left Spain to avoid being heard by the Spanish Supreme Court and now lives in Geneva, Switzerland, and she was named National Secretary of International Politics and Cooperation in 2005.

Marta Rovira has been a member of Esquerra Republicana since 2005. She was elected National Secretary for International, European, and Cooperation politics during the party's 25th National Congress, which took place in 2008.
