Papi Khomane, a former South African footballer, died in a car accident alongside his mother and uncle on Saturday, according to his old club, the Orlando Pirates. Khomane, who earned nine international caps for Bafana Bafana and 151 domestic appearances for Orlando Pirates, was driving his way to a funeral in Newcastle, South Africa, when he, his mother Rita and uncle were injured in a tragic car accident.
