Marjorie de Sousa (born Marjorie Lissette de Sousa Rivas; 23 April 1980) is a Venezuelan actress and a model of Portuguese descent.

De Sousa began her modeling career and worked in television ads at the age of 12. In 1999, she competed for Miss Venezuela in the care of Venezuelan designer Giovanni Scutaro.
