Pregnant Alice Dellal showed off her baby bump as she enjoyed a spot of lunch and headed to a park in London on Wednesday. The model and photographer, 36, revealed that she's expecting her first child last month, after finding love with Charlie Birch, 25, a professional skateboarder from Liverpool.  Alice wore a tiny black crop top and showcased her bump as she was pictured outside a restaurant.
