Mario Pergolini Life
* Mario Daniel Pergolini (born in Buenos Aires on July 3, 1964) is an Argentine writer, media designer, and businessman best known as the former main host of the television show Caiga (CQC) broadcast on Argentina's Telefe. He is the current vice president of Boca Juniors. He began working at Buenos Aires' Rock & Pop radio station. * He starred on television as a secondary figure at Pepe Eliaschev's Cable a tierra and later Juan Alberto Bada's Bada y Compaa. * He hosted Rock and pop TV with other radio stars in 1989. Probably his first commercial television shows were La TV ataca (1991–1993) and Hazelo por m (1992), but CQC (first airborne in 1995) was the most popular of them all. In the documentary film End of the Century: The Story of the Ramones (2004), Pergolini is the Argentine television host who introduced the Ramones. He formed the Cuatro Cabezas (or 4K) television production firm in 1994, and it partners Diego Guebel is now one of Argentina's top three most important media companies. * He still hosts CQC and his radio show Cuál es? At Rock & Pop. Numerous countries have been supplied with the CQC system (Chile, Brazil, Mexico, France, Italy, Spain, and Israel). * The Israel television version (anchored by Avri Gilad) did not do well with Israeli audiences and was eventually cancelled after half a season. Pergolini resigned from CQC (and, as he said, from television) on December 15, 2008. Pergolini's last episode did not feature any special retrospective, but Pergolini mocked Telefe's leadership on the air (arguing that they cannot risk him now) and joked with his coworkers Eduardo de Puente (also retired) and Juan Di Natale, who was still hosting CQC in 2009. [1] At late 2011, Pergolini's claims about his demise at "Cau Es" began. "The radio show that he hosted since 1989 and his departure from Rock & Pop radio (where he was the main figure) received a strong presence in the media, and was encouraged by his coworkers." [2] And finally, he departed both positions (the show and the radio) and began a new venture: Vorterix, the continuation of his radio show "cual es"'s website. vorterix.com was the website that had the domain name before.com, which had already had the url vorterix.com. Pergolini is leading this initiative, which is being carried out by a radio station (Vorterix Rock 103.1 FM), a concert hall built in the old "Teatro de Colegiales"), and a website where the radio and the stage stream online in audio and video quality. * The radio/showhouse/website was unveiled on May 25, 2012, during a big festival with live performances inside and outside the new "Vorterix Theater." But the transmissions started in December 2011, and so did the new Pergolini's Show at Vorterix Rock, which premiered on February 1st 2012.
