Harry and Meghan's 'kindness happens behind closed doors', former Archewell boss claims

www.dailymail.co.uk, September 25, 2024
Mandana Dayani (left), 42, who was born in Iran but was raised in the US, worked as Archewell's president for 18 months until December 2022. The entrepreneur is just one of several former Archewell employees who have publicly supported the couple after Meghan (right) was branded 'Duchess Difficult'.  Speaking to US Weekly , Mandana explained how the 'kindness, mentorship and support' she has received from the Duke and Duchess (inset) 'happens quietly behind closed doors'. Reflecting on some of her happiest times in the role, the mother-of-two said: 'Some of my favourite memories were during our weekly meetings in their Montecito home, where Meghan always served the most incredible lunches, snacks and her latest beautiful concoction.' Mandana also said she will 'never forget' watching the Duchess of Sussex sit on her kitchen floor and cold-call senators as she fed Lilibet, who was just five months old at the time.

Just what IS going on behind the scenes at Archewell?Inside mass exodus from Harry and Meghan's production company as yet another exec leaves couple's employ

Bennett Levine, the senior television executive, left the company this month and has shifted to a US competitor in a move that has been described as a "significant 'blow' to the couple. Mr Levine's boss, Oscar-winning producer Ben Browning, oversaw the couple's record-breaking Netflix docu-series Harry & Meghan, but he left last year. Bennett, who has been dubbed the industry's youngest recruiter, is expected to be at least the 17th person to have left the Sussexes' service since marriage in 2018. Since they immigrated to California, at least eight people have left. His resignation came as a result of tumultuous discussions over Netflix's £80 million contract - the couple's one remaining major-money streaming contract. It came after the Duchess of Sussex gushed on a Los Angeles red carpet before Christmas that she and Prince Harry had "too many exciting things on the agenda" to announce, promising that it would be projects that make people feel good when they see it. One critic who warned viewers that the series was more like a one-sided promotion of Harry and Meghan's image than a balanced investigation of their lives, sparking mixed reactions.'

Jill Duggar speaks out about Israel-Hamas, saying she'knows the fear' of death for her family after a traumatic 2015 mission trip with husband Derick and their baby boy

www.dailymail.co.uk, October 12, 2023
In a post on Instagram Stories, the 32-year-old compares her experience as a missionary in El Salvador, which at the time was overrun with gang violence, to that of the civilians wounded in the unrest on the Gaza Strip. 'My heart is heavy for anyone living in a war-torn world,' Jill wrote. 'Though vastly different, I have the feeling of being in another world, afraid of the danger that my husband and I, as well as our infant baby, could be killed if our close friends were kidnapped and murdered.'
