Acting career
She heard of a Disney Channel Latin America casting hunt for Italian actors, who also spoke Spanish while living in Milan and attending M.A.S. Despite the fact that she spoke little Spanish, Comello retained her memory and delivered a brief monologue in Spanish for her audition. She received a role in Violetta, the network's new tween musical television series, just a week after auditioning. Lodovica was introduced as "Francesca," the show's best friend and classmate of the title character. Comello was required to travel to Buenos Aires in mid-2011 to film for the initiative. Comello revealed plans to embark on a world tour in 2015. A special website was launched to enable fans to vote on various international cities for potential concert venues in Latin America, Europe, Israel, and the United States. On September 5, 2014, the music video for her third single, "I Only Want To Be With You," debuted on her official VEVO channel.
Comello wrote songs for her second album during breaks on the set while filming of the final season of Violetta in Buenos Aires in 2014. On weekends, she shot footage in Buenos Aires, when the program was not being shot. Comello announced on January 24th, 2015, that her second album, Mariposa ("Butterfly"), would be released in Italy on February 3, 2015.
