Kellie Pickler sold the home she shared with her late husband Kyle Jacobs 15 months after he passed away. Six months after first listing the property for nearly $3 million, the 37-year-old country singer finalized the sale of the four-bed and five-bath, custom-built home for $2.3 million. The 4,875 square foot, Tudor-style house is the longtime marital home the couple lived in together and where Jacobs took his own life at age 49 in February 2023.

The late songwriter's possessions included instruments such as guitars and violas, Rolex watches, laptops, iPhones, family photos, custom knives, and a gun safe when he died in February 2023, according TMZ, citing legal documents describing his assets. Jacobs also allegedly owned 11 firearms along with firearm suppressors.

Of course, she received a ton of love and support from the crowd at the Walkin’ After Midnight: The Music of Patsy Cline event at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. Within seconds of the American Idol alum stepping out on stage in a shimmering gown, the audience jumped out of their seats to applaud. Amazing!

Kellie Pickler is expressing her gratitude for all the love and support she has received since the death of her husband, Kyle Jacobs. As you may recall, law enforcement in Nashville called the 36-year-old country singer's home on February 17 after she and her assistant were unable to locate the 49-year-old songwriter. Officers were led to a room where they were unable to open the door to after arriving on the scene. Kyle was dead when cops were able to break inside.
