Francisca Silva was born in Santiago, Chile, on March 18, 1992. She is Daniel Silva's daughter and the eldest of four siblings, and she is the granddaughter of two brothers. She was active on the athletic team as a student at Nazaret School, but she had to stop due to a back injury when she was 14 years old. She completed her secondary education at the Universidad Andrés Bello in 2010. She spent five months in Mexico before deciding to go into modeling, where she previously worked with Vogue Latin America. Later this year, she returned to Chile to pursue television acting.
