More than 60 people were trapped on the Ferris wheel at ICON Park on Saturday night, when the 400-foot tall ride lost electricity after a video revealed sparks flying from one of its compartments. Firefighters in Orange County then had to manually lower each compartment, completing a difficult challenge that took three hours. A 14-year-old boy died after being pushed more than 400 feet to his death from another ride at the park less than a year ago.
