Early life
Bracken grew up just outside Fort William, near Spean Bridge. Before attending Lochaber High School, she attended Kilmonivaig Primary School. After graduating from Telford College, Edinburgh, she attended Motherwell College, where she earned an acting degree in 2011. She then met with casting directors, got agent representation, and then migrated to London.
Career
When Bracken first appeared in Inspector George Gently in 2011, she played the character Hazel. In 2012, she appeared in the fourth series of British supernatural drama Being Human as Alex Millar. In an episode of New Tricks, Bracken appeared as Mia before returning to Being Human as a series regular in early 2013, replacing Lenora Crichlow as the new ghostly character. Bracken also appeared in series 5 of the hit television show Misfits as Karen, who has the ability of camouflage.
Bracken appeared in Max McGill's short film Hot Property in 2016. Grace appeared in BBC mini series One of Us in the same year.
