This means she didn't have to pay a bond fee, but rather announced that she would attend all court appearances, according to reports from December 14. Mello is also accused of forging her boss' signature on paperwork that allowed her to move the money without anyone questioning it, in addition to reportedly funneling Army funds into a defunct company she created.
