The character, played by June Brown, was laid to rest during Monday night's episode of the show as cast members returned for the episode devoted to her funeral. June was on the soap for almost 40 years and died of natural causes in April. In the behind-the-scenes video, actors and actresses, including Natalie Cassidy, who plays Sonia Fowler and Shona McGarty, paid tribute to June.

Following the monarch's death on Thursday, Holly Willoughby was one of thousands of mourners to pay their respects to the King at Buckingham Palace. On Sunday, the This Morning host, 41, was joined by her three children as they left flowers outside Her Majesty's London home. The TV star, who posts children Harry, 13, Belle, 11, and seven-year-old Chester with husband Dan Baldwin posted the poignant snaps to her Instagram page.

After days of suspended television in the aftermath of the Queen's death, EastEnders will be back on Monday to BBC One. With a BBC News special filling regular TV slots alongside HM The King: A Service To HM The Queen is expected that the broadcaster will continue to air rolling news coverage. However, the fan-favourite soap would return to BBC One at 8.30 p.m. on Friday, alongside Homes Under The Hammer and Bargain Hunt, which aired on BBC Two.
