Early life and education
Fisher was born in Birmingham, Alabama, in 1994, and grew up in nearby Trussville. Jordan's biological mother was 16 at the time of his child, and he was legally adopted in 2005 at the age of 11 and raised by his maternal grandparents, Rodney and Pat Fisher. When Jordan's two siblings were struggling with heroin use, the Fishers also adopted Cory and Trinity; she did not have a family relationship with the children. Fisher revealed his multi-ethnic roots in Nigerian, Cambodian, English, Polynesian (Tahitian), Italian, Greek, and Scandinavian origins in an interview with Hollywood Today Live.
Fisher was first introduced to gymnastics at the age of 2 and 11. Since being cast in a school production of School House Rock, Jr. Fisher, Jr., was interested in musical theatre in the fifth grade. He appeared with the Birmingham Red Mountain Theatre Company in Birmingham and was a member of the youth performing ensemble for many years. He was discovered by a talent scout who agreed to represent him. In 2011, he began enrolling in Jacksonville State University courses. Fisher is married to Ellie Woods, his childhood sweetheart. On May 29, 2019, they announced their engagement and planned to marry on July 25, 2020, but the wedding was postponed due to COVID-19. They married in a private ceremony at Walt Disney World on November 21, 2020. The couple revealed on Instagram in December 2021 that they are expecting their first child, a son. Career
Fisher released three pop-soul songs on Radio Disney in 2014: "By Your Side," "Never Dance Alone," and "What I Got." In 2015, he signed a record deal with Hollywood Records. He released "Counterfeit," his first track for the label, on February 1, 2016.
"All About Us," Fisher's first single, was released on April 15, 2016, and was directed by Warren "Oak" Felder of the production team Pop & Oak.
