Career

Henry's first feature film, which was released in 1986, was Portrait of a Serial Killer, a film McNaughton directed, co-wrote, and co-produced. Several problems dogged the film, delaying its theatrical debut until 1989. The film was one of Time magazine's and Roger Ebert's top ten best lists and received the best picture award at Fantasporto, Sitges Film Festival, and the Brussels International Film Festival of Fantasy Film.
