Mia, Freundlich says he was looking for someone with a lot of mystery, a lot of sadness under the surface, and portrayed very little of it in her makeup." I didn't want her to be cold, but I didn't want to put my arm around her or smother her because I didn't know her well enough. (Even though I couldn't have articulated it before, I knew it was safe to warm up to a point. However, the rest of the work was going to be for her to do. We became friends in that moment, where she knew I had discovered the fire inside her and understood it, was willing not to suffocate it but to shield it."
Moore and Freundlich married on August 23, 2003. Caleb (born December 4, 1997) and Liv Helen (born April 11, 2002) are both married. Moore has appeared in all of Freundlich's feature films, with the exception of Catch That Kid (2004), The Rebound (2009), and Wolves (2016).
