James E. Breuer (born June 21, 1967) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, guitarist, and radio host.

Career
Breuer appeared on Saturday Night Live from 1995 to 1998, portraying characters such as Joe Pesci and Goat Boy. After leaving SNL, Jim Breuer became the host of The Jim Breuer Show. Breuer also appeared in commercials for Pizza Hut in the third season of the VH1 show Web Junk 20. Two Specials, 2002's Hardcore, and 2009's Let's Clear the Air, have been released by the show's Web Junk 20.
