Marissa Smith, 30, of Toronto, was diagnosed with a reproductive cancer at the age of 25, leaving her infertile. Her first surrogate died. But by then, she had become acquainted with Ariel, a survivor who had previously been a surrogate in London, Ontario. Knowing that Ariel loved American actor Jesse McCartney, 35, she begged Ariel to do a Cameo video, asking Ariel if she'd be her survivor.
