Jeremy Fall (born August 3, 1990) is an American restaurateur and the CEO and co-founder of the J. Fall Group.

He currently runs three full service restaurants in LA and one in Chicago.

He has been featured on several network television series, including Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and Going Off the Menu.

Early life

Of Tunisian, French, Caribbean, and Jewish descent, Fall was born and raised as an only child in Los Angeles, California. Fall's parents, born in Tunisia and France, emigrated to the United States before Fall was born, making him a first-generation American in his family. Fall's mother owned a café in Los Angeles. There, Fall's mother met Fall's would-be stepfather, who was a chef at the café.

Early career

Mad City Entertainment, a Los Angeles artist management and event production firm, opened in September at the age of 16. Following an internship promoting local night clubs, the student was introduced to local night clubs. Fall served as the promotions manager for Avalon Hollywood, a Hollywood entertainment and special event venue. Cliché Magazine, a digital magazine focusing on fashion and music, launched in 2008 while attending Occidental College's Fall program. Cliché reached the milestone of one million unique readers in 2009. Fall attributes the magazine's popularity and longevity to his extensive use of MySpace and Facebook during his event promotion days.

Fall founded the clothing line FALL after selling Cliché Magazine in September 2011. He worked with mixed-media visual artist Jonni Cheatwood to hand paint select FALL clothing pieces and create artwork for the line's lookbook to, "bridge the gap between fine art and fashion." The pair also worked on a series of Woodstock-inspired posters for the 2014 Coachella festival, which were also on Lindsay Lohan's official website.

Career

At the age of 24, Fall stepped into the hospitality industry by opening three bars in 2014. Genesis, a pop-up bar and nightclub located in a retro Hollywood attic, was the first of the series. Golden Box, the 1980s Manhattan night club scene, opened in the former Los Angeles Writers Room, his second pop-up bar. The Golden Box was designed to be a salute to the establishments that his father frequented as a youth and young adult in New York, including Studio 54 and The Limelight. King Eddy Saloon, the former Skid-Row dive bar in Los Angeles, reopened in December 2014.

In January 2016, Fall opened Nighthawk: Breakfast Bar, a late-night breakfast and cocktail bar in Venice, California. "A melting pot of world cultures and flavors, as well as my nostalgia for American diners," he explained. Nighthawk is best known for its line of original cocktails, including alcoholic cereal milk. Nighthawk was recognized on Eater.com's list of "Hottest Bars From Coast to Coast" in North America. In Chowhound's "5 Unexpected Cocktails to Drink Right Now in Los Angeles," Nighthawk's "Spiked Cereal Milk" is included.

Fall joined chef Alvin Cailan of Eggslut to open a walk-up burger stand Easy's in Chinatown, LA, later this year.

Fall was selected to Forbes Top 30 Under 30 in 2020 at the age of 29.

Henry Costa, the late spring menu at Costa's West Hollywood sausage-centric restaurant, Connection, met him in 2014. Fall partnered with the Wall Street investment banker-turned-chef and restaurateur to co-found the J in 2016, after announcing their respective restaurant and hospitality aspirations and aspirations. The Fall Group Hospitality Company was founded in the United Kingdom. The J was fall asleep. In Chicago, the Fall Group, which is expanding on the Nighthawk brand, introduced Nighthawk: AM, a daytime fast-casual product aimed at the original late-night concept. Easy's Burger rebranded to "Easy's" as a "twisted love child of Tupac and the Fonz" in July 2018, and the Beverly Hills and West Hollywood opened a full-service bar and restaurant with a "90s diner ambiance.

In August 2018, the J. and the autumn were both active in the city. In Santa Monica, California, Fall Group collaborated with United Talent Agency to open the atmospherically rock-and-roll Paperboy Pizza.

Fall had opened 14 restaurant locations around the country by this time in 2014. The J. was acquired by Los Angeles-based K2 Restaurants in 2011. Nighthawk Breakfast Bar, Nighthawk's, and Easy's were among the Fall Group's current and well-known restaurant brands, Paperboy Pizza, and Easy's, as well as the new and recently opened restaurant brands, Italian-themed Chapter, and speakeasy Jukebox, which is located within Chapter in Waco, Texas. In year after the acquisition, Fall remained onboard as the brands' creative director.

The restaurant's collection includes a number of visual art works by artists such as Quincy Jones, Jaden Smith, Vic Mensa, Brandon Boyd of Incubus, Tokimonsta, and Serj Tankian, as well as custom weekend brunch playlists assembled by Robin Thicke. Phatara, a rapper, worked with Fall to create the uniforms for Mixtape workers.

Since 2016, Fall has appeared on many network food and cooking television shows. In an episode, Bravo's digital program, Going Off the Menu, included Fall and his restaurant, Tinfoil. Fall was featured on two Guy Fieri-hosted Food Network shows in 2017, including the first, "The Bite" episode of Guy's Big Project, and then, the "Breakfast, Brisket and Belly" segment of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, which featured Fall in his Nighthawk: Breakfast Bar kitchen, which included Fall in his Nighthawk: Breakfast Bar kitchen. In 2018, Fall appeared in two episodes of the Food Network's Home & Family, on which he prepared his "Original Gangster Breakfast Sandwich."

On The D'Amelio Show, fall has included celebrity actors like Shay Mitchell (Pretty Little Liars, You, and Dollface), and TikTok actor Charli D'Amelio. He has appeared on TYT Network's Reasonably Shure, as well as local news services in the Los Angeles area.

The program started in Miguel when visiting Nighthawk's Fall menu and promoting the idea of a show in which Miguel made beats in his kitchen as Fall brought recipes to life. Fall was the first chef and restaurateur to sign with and be managed by Jay-Z's Roc Nation in 2018. United Talent Agency also represents Fall. Fall is Gucci's brand ambassador.

Fall collaborated with ThreadBeast, a streetwear subscription box company, to curate a 1990s-themed box, which included Fall's Easy's "food porn" viewmaster.

Fall appeared on the front page of Sand Magazine as well as serving as Guest Editor for the issue, which was focused on mental health and comfort food in 2021.
