Moore is a columnist for The Sun and the Sunday Times' regular columnist. She has also written for Hello. In 2006, she was nominated for a British Press Award in the category of 'Columnist of the Year,' but she lost out to Lucy Kellaway.

She also revealed that she was briefly an Estate Agent on Loose Women in October 2021.

Moore migrated to the BBC and regularly contributed on Question Time (2002–12), The Andrew Marr Show (2005–21), This Week (2003–15) and BBC Breakfast.

The I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! trial areas are starting to be constructed ahead of the highly-anticipated 2024 series. Later this year a new group of stars will head to the Australian outback to face their fears and compete to be crowned either the king or queen of the jungle on the ITV show. Ahead of the launch, which typically occurs in November, the crew have been hard at work assembling the camp and challenge areas, which is in Springbook National Park in Queensland, New South Wales.
