Life and career
Herrell was born in Glendora, California, on July 12, 1994, an American from Seattle, Washington, and Mary Snow "Snowie" del Rosario (born October 15, 1961), a Filipino from Medellin, Cebu.
Herrell spent her childhood in the United States and then settled in Cebu City, where her mother is from. She studied Mass Communication at the University of San Jose—Recoletos before transferring to the International Academy of Film and Television to study acting. Mactan Dynamics, her own dance company, in addition to studying, runs Mactan Dynamics, a private dance company. She served as the Visayas Region's former managing director. She appeared in a few commercials and short films before joining beauty pageants. She earned her BA in Liberal Arts and Commerce major in 2021 with a concentration in Marketing and Communications.
