Jad Noureddine (born 27 February 1992) is a Lebanese professional footballer who plays as a defender for Lebanese Premier League club Safa.
Club career
In 2016, and 2017, Jad played for Indonesian sides Pusamania Borneo and Arema FC. Jad Noureddine returned to his home country, Lebanon, to seek medical attention because he sustained an ACL injury while playing for Pusamania Borneo in 2016.
Noureddine returned to Lebanon in 2017 after signing for Safa. Noureddine joined Malaysia's Perak on June 4, 2018 after playing 21 games in the 2017-18 season and scoring twice. He appeared in eight of the remaining games of the 2018 season.
Noureddine returned to Safa on a two-and-a-half year contract on December 21, 2018. Noureddine played ten league games in the second half of the 2018-19 season.
Noureddine joined AFC Cup champions Ahed on a free transfer for five years on July 9, 2020.
Noureddine took over Al-Ahli, the Bahraini Premier League team, on a five-month loan. In a 1–1 draw to Malkiya on December 10, he made his debut on December 10th. Noureddine was able to advance to the final against Riffa after his team defeated Hiddd in the Bahraini King's Cup semi-finals.
Ahed loaned Noureddine out Perak in the Malaysia Super League on a six-month contract on May 31, 2021. Noureddine was loaned to Akhao Ahli Aley until the end of the season on February 23.
Noureddine ended his deal by mutual consent after returning to Ahed from his loan spell.
International career
Noureddine has represented Lebanon on international stage since age 14, and she has been captain of the under-23s. He was first called up for the senior team in September 2016 as an unused replacement for an Afghanistan friendly. In a friendly against Palestine on September 10, he made his debut on October 10th.
