How do some people manifest things so easily while others work so hard, do so much inner work and conscious planning around it and are still waiting for their dreams to come true? “Rich get richer and the poor get poorer” is a very accurate statement, because wealthy people don’t even know a life without wealth, they expect it it’s who they are. So if being in the most satisfying and nurturing relationship or being a CEO of a big company is not your second nature or you were not born into it, you have to somehow trick yourself into believing that it is YOU so your vibration and feeling matches it. Do things that make you feel loved, see people that you love, allow others to treat you to something special, get out of your sweats and get dressed up to trick your brain and feeling into the vibration of a really important meeting thats about to happen. You do all this along with the physical actions of pursuing your dream. Send emails, study, make new connections but do not forget about THE MOST IMPORTANT vibrational aspect and make sure that you are BEING that person and that you are constantly feeding the excitement, so you’re just as excited about being in love, realizing your project or running your company as you were when the desire first occupied your heart! Yes, there will be a lot of “well how can I do it if I have 3 kids running around, I don’t have enough for next months rent, and I’m sick” you treat it like it’s a game, like you just went to the “challenging” level to get some extra points but it’s not really your reality, but you accept it and fully play in it. But if you wanna change it, you need to believe that other YOU already exists down to your core:-) How do YOU trick your brain into a new way of BEING?

Get off of autopilot! Do something differently every single day to challenge your brain and get un-stuck! This has physical (neuroplasticity) benefits but also spiritual benefits as it gets you out of the “matrix” and unconscious thoughts. You become present and get to rewire your brain. This is crucial for staying young. Take a different road to work. Work out of a different room in your house. Wear a different perfume. Balance on one leg when waiting in line. Confuse your brain. Especially when you’re having “bad thoughts” You will interrupt a pattern. Mental activity strengthens the neural pathways in your brain associated with what you focus on with your thoughts and feelings. To oversimplify this, if you focus on happiness with your thoughts and feelings, you strengthen happiness pathways. If you focus on stress with your thoughts and feelings, you strengthen stress pathways. Every thought you think and feeling you feel, strengthens the circuitry in your brain known as your neural pathways.  Neural pathways are the basis of your habits of thinking, feeling, and acting. They are what you believe to be true and why you do what you do “neurons that fire together wire together,” Thanks breathwrk for making this practice a part of your class and thanks gianmarco_jeanmarc for being so open to try everything! For more awesome neuroplasticity scientific magic check out hubermanlab I love all this stuff and I love making my brain work for me and not being a slave to it!

Healing is a process. I took another step on its journey this week with #kambo #frogmedicine There’s never one healer, one psychedelic journey, one course or prayer that changes it all and “fixes” u forever. If you’re on the path to the truth it has to get ugly at times AND uncomfortable. That’s how we change. So…you put yourself through things that scare the crap out of you. You get vulnerable, you get naked and honest with yourself. You face the “ugly” and get knocked down when the Universe takes things away from you to show you how attached you are to them, you say f you, but then u say thank u…Cause with each day you start to wake up just a little bit happier for no particular reason, less dependent on others 2 make you feel good about yourself, less desperate 4 validation from society… and if you really do the inner work, I mean REALY drag yourself through ego death+ rebirth, consciously detaching from the matrix (saying no to the “pleasures” and “addictions” shoved into our faces by money and control driven world) you become a magician of sorts… you are able to manifest realities and shift dimensions at will, healing and lifting up others with your Light. Some of us are on that path. Be kind to us, though you might not understand us, as you’re happily waiting for the weekend so you can forget about work and drink, stuff yourself with food, TV, gossip, video games, fashion trends, p rn, endless birthday parties and memes… some of us can’t do that anymore, but we are not yet magicians. It’s frustrating because once you know, you can’t un-know. We felt how to be free from it all. Once you feel your true essence and even for a moment feel like you’re one with the Universe and God, you will seek to feel it permanently. You’ve climbed a little higher and you see it all from a larger perspective and you know it’s how we were meant to live. If that’s you, you are not alone, keep going, but know it never really ends. Embrace it all. Especially the ugly. Your darkest moments will give you the biggest boost, insight and raise in personal power. If you choose to feel those moments. If you chose not to numb them. Be brave. Feel+let go. We need your Light and your 🪄.
