The fitness instructor, who has trained Instagram model Demi Rose, was told by his boss that she didn't need to listen to 'people like you', an employment tribunal heard. An employment tribunal ruled the 'popular' gym trainer was humiliated by his boss, who gave preferential treatment to white colleagues and used racial slurs. Now a judge has ordered his ex-employer, Ballymore, to pay Mr Baah £34,054.79, including £24,000 for 'injury to feelings' after the personal trainer was left suffering from panic attacks.
