A shocking ring doorbell video caught the moment a small Dachshund was viciously attacked and left shaken by a dangerous dog. Ian McIntosh and his five-year-old companion Frank were walking home from a afternoon walk when the massive dog charged behind them and pulled the tiny dog away from their owner, knocking him down in the process. The violent dog is seen yelling at the pair as they attempt to open their front door as the owner chases after the hound. When the dog starts to hurt the pooch by sinking its teeth into Frank's throat and jerking him from side to side, Ian can be seen firmly behind him. As he holds the now attached lead for dear life, the owner can be heard screaming and pleading for "Let him go" as he continues to cling for dear life, whilst the other dog's trainer tries to free Frank Frank. The 62-year-old man was left with a staggering vet bill of £11,000 after the violent assault on December 21 - which happened in Mr McIntosh's own front garden - and has been left homeless.
