As a judge cites "significant protection and safety" concerns, a multi-millionaire successfully appeals a road ban

www.dailymail.co.uk, January 30, 2023
Shelim Hussain MBE, who is estimated to be worth £80 million, was ordered to avoid the road for six months by magistrates in South Wales, but he did not order a top barrister to appeal his case to a crown court judge. When operating his food business, Hilary Roberts said his client was expected to travel 'throughout the country.' "Safety and security concerns were also discussed," the High Court said, but the precise details of which were not revealed were not released because they were subjected to an anonymity order issued by the High Court. Following the appeal, Mr Hussain's disqualification order was formally reduced to 22 days. Mr Hussain appeared on Undercover Big Boss, where some of Britain's top corporate executives disguised themselves to work on the frontline of their own companies, and was left in tears after workers told him they 'didn't feel valued.'
