Eva Pilgrim and DeMarco Morgan will co-anchor the afternoon segment GMA3 - which airs in the network's third hour. They will be joined by Dr. Jen Ashton, who has been on the show since 2020. After DailyMail.com revealed that both the married co-anchors were lovers, Robach, 50, and Holmes, 45, were officially banned from ABC's airwaves in January. Pilgrim and Morgan are among the anchors who have filled in over the past six months. Since being a reporter for the show since last year, Pilgrim has been hosting the weekend version of GMA, although Morgan has been a reporter for the show since last year. Gio Benitez, ABC's transportation reporter, will appear in GMA's weekend edition as the nation's new co-anchor alongside Whit Johnson and Janai Norman. 'I am incredibly proud of the reporting Eva, DeMarco, and Gio have done,' ABC News president Kim Godwin said in a memo to staff on Thursday. They work with Whit, Janai, and Dr. Jen, who have steadfast dedication to exciting, straightforward journalism which has been integral to their respective departments.'
