STEPHEN DAVIES: The Catalan Dragons won a thrilling match against Warrington Wolves that ended in six points, taking the Super League championship trophy to a different level with St Helens. In the first 12 minutes, the French outfit got off to a whirlwind start with three converted tries, from Tom Davies, Tom Johnstone, and Ben Garcia to lead 18-0. Zane Musgrove, a Samoa prop, scored his first attempt in England to put Warrington on the board before Toby King touched down on his 200th appearance to bring the home team closer to within six points.

The stress of having children may make life a little less enjoyable. But raising children may help you live longer

Researchers from the University of Michigan have published a report analyzing the genetic and health information of 276,000 people living in the United Kingdom. According to the studies, people with children are more likely to live to the age of 76, with two offspring proving to be the most healthy. They discovered that genetic mutations linked to higher reproduction had become more popular in recent decades. Children, they discovered, had a greater risk of living into old age than those who did not. One of the study's chiefs, Professor Jianzhi Zhang, said, "having children is more beneficial to long life than not having children at all." Surprisingly, the report found that the genetic mutations related to reproduction, which make people more reproductive, were also linked to shorter lives.
