After being taught to speak the language (right, Charles on his last day at Aberystwyth University) by a nationalist scholar who was depicted in Netflix's drama The Crown, the King enjoyed a lavish investiture in Wales in 1969 (top inset). Charles also embedded himself in Welsh culture and history, assisting him in establishing a deep link with the country that he maintains to this day. William may now'supercharge' his relationship with Wales, according to Mr Thomas, as he continues to imitate his father's links with the region.

RM has promised a "immediate cut" in advisory fees in a draft document seen by the Mail, while still promising to reinvest a portion of it into buying shares.

My family was frozen in a REIT mess while my business was struggling

www.dailymail.co.uk, March 4, 2023
The family's life in Morecambe, where the family enjoyed happily for three generations, has turned into a nightmare due to the condition of a Home REIT property next door. Home REIT's company is purchasing a home and selling it to charities, who in turn will provide beds for homeless and vulnerable adults. The house next to the Hydes has been vacant for months and has been partially demolished. The back of the house was knocked down 18 months earlier due to subsidence, and what appeared to be an internal wall separating it from the Hydes' dwelling has been replaced by just a thin layer of plastic sheeting. As a result, Craig, 45, a railway worker, Helen, and their two children are all being forced to live in extremely cold and damp rooms.

Home REIT, which stands for Real Estate Investment Trust, aims to profit from housing for the homeless, those fleeing domestic violence, ex-service people, and prison leavers. Auditors from BDO are investigating allegations that were denied by Home REIT of unpaid rents, inflated property values, and queries regarding the fees for the firm's investment advisor Alvarium, a London wealth management company. BDO hasn't signed up on the accounts, so the firm will hold its annual shareholder meeting on Monday without them, which is a strange occurrence.

www.dailymail.co.uk, November 4, 2022
EXCLUSIVE: Only 12.2 million over-50s, health and care workers, and immunocompromised people in England had a top-up jab by October 30. It means the vaccination drive, which opened to 26 million people on September 1 and was deemed critical for safeguarding the elderly and the NHS against Covid this winter, has only been successful to just 47% of those eligible.
