Gabrielle Carteris Career

Career

Carteris' early television career found her predominantly portrayed as a child in ABC Afterschool Specials, CBS Schoolbreak Specials, and the long-running soap opera Another World. When Carteris was in her best known role as studious school newspaper editor Andrea Zuckerman on Beverly Hills, 90210, she would continue this trend. She was the first actress to play a 15-year-old at age 29. Her GABCO Productions firm signed a deal with Rysher TPE by 1993, when she was on the show.

Carteris left the show in 1995 and became the host of her own television talk show, Gabrielle, which lasted only one season. She worked as an actress and voiceover artist on a regular basis, amassing a substantial number of post-90210 credits in television, film, and video games. She has developed to become a mainstay on the made-for-television movie circuit, appearing in over a dozen of them. In 1995, Seduced and Betrayed was her first film, first and betrayed. She descended on television, appearing in episodes of such television shows as Touched by an Angel, King of the Hill, NYPD Blue, JAG, Criminal Minds, and N.C.I.S. Among other things, there are others. She has appeared in numerous films. "Mya" was Motorola's intelligent assistant, and Carteris was the voice of the Motorola intelligent assistant.

Carteris appeared on Fox's BH90210 revival in 2019, both as Andrea Zuckerman and herself. Christine Elise, the fictionalized version of herself, was depicted as sexually demanding and involved in a brief friendship with former 90210 guest star and Fox executive Christine Elise.
