Among other things, there are others. She has appeared in numerous films. "Mya" was Motorola's intelligent assistant, and Carteris was the voice of the Motorola intelligent assistant.

Carteris appeared on Fox's BH90210 revival in 2019, both as Andrea Zuckerman and herself. Christine Elise, the fictionalized version of herself, was depicted as sexually demanding and involved in a brief friendship with former 90210 guest star and Fox executive Christine Elise.

When they reunited for 90s Con in Tampa, Florida, some of the original stars of the wildly popular teen drama Beverly Hills, 90210, took a walk down memory lane. Shannen Doherty, Tori Spelling, Jason Priestly, Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Brian Austin Green, and Gabrielle Carteris were all on hand, reminising about their past participation on the hit show, which always goes over well with followers. However, it would be the change to more modern times that resulted in arguably the most heartwarming moment of the event, which came in the form of a standing ovation. 'Thank you so much,' an emotional Doherty, who has stage four breast cancer, told the audience as tears poured down her face. 'You guys know how much I love crying,' she joked, 'And I do,' she said. So, thank you.' The audience erupted as the actress, Brenda Walsh, of Beverly Hills, 1990-1994) and in the reboot BH90210 (2019), discussed her 'fight for my life every day' since being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015.
