Francis "Frank" Kimmel (born April 30, 1962) is a retired American stock car racing driver.
From 1990 to 2016, he competed primarily in the ARCA Racing Series.
Kimmel has won the ARCA championship ten times, eight of which have been consecutive.
He won the championship in 1998 and then the 2000, 2005, and 2013 championships, as well as Hailie Deegan.
Early career
Kimmel made his first career start racing a street stock at the age of 15. Seven years later he moved to late models. Before racing in ARCA, Kimmel won three championships racing Late Models.
