Fox apprenticed piano in Leipzig with Carl Reinecke, Hungarian-French pianist Isidor Philipp in Paris, and Salomon Jadassohn studied music theory with Salomon Jadassohn.

Fox earned his diploma from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Leipzig, where he made his debut in 1896.

He made his Paris debut in 1897, his Boston debut in 1898, and his London debut in 1907.

Fox appeared with the New York Symphony Orchestra, the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Dannreuther String Quartet, the Boston Festival Orchestra, and the Boston Symphony Orchestra.Mr.

In 1897, Fox migrated to Boston, Massachusetts, and pianist Carlo Buonamici co-founded the Fox-Buonamici School of Pianoforte Playing with pianist Carlo Buonamici at 403 Marlborough Street in Boston's Back Bay.

The Felix Fox School of Pianoforte Playing was established after Buonamici's death in 1920.

In 1935, the academy was closed.

Miriam Gideon and pianist and educator Harrison Potter were among Fox's students.

Potter continued to teach at the Fox-Buonamici School.

In the 1920s, Fox performed piano at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, and later made transcriptions of composer and pianist Edward MacDowell's works.

Fox published "The Boston Music Company Digest Of Piano Pieces: For The Left Hand Alone," a Fox company reprinted by Kessinger Publishing, LLC in 2010. In 1932, Fox began to work on The King Fishers, collaborating with noted Broadway tenor and lyricist George Mitchell.

In 1933, King Fishers was copiedrighted and performed in Boston's Repertory Theatre for his contribution to French Music.Mr.
