Erwin Gutawa Sumapraja (born 16 May 1962) is an Indonesian composer and father of Gita Gutawa.
He began his professional music career in 1985 by playing for the jazz band Karimata, later becoming a libre composer in 1991.
He and Ruth Sahanaya competed in the 1992 Midnight Sun Song Festival in Finland as a composer.
In 2001, he received the Anugerah Music Indonesia award for best music arranger for his performance Rockestra.
