Bollywood celebrities have sluggishly reacted angrily to the news that a group of guys gang-raped the Spanish influencer as they travelled around India. Nine men have been arrested in connection with the shooting, and five of them were paraded handcuffed and tied to each other in a line by a wire in front of seated police officers on national television, and five of them were paraded, handcuffed and tied to each other in a row by a rope.
