Dorothy Ruth Pirone (June 7, 1921 – May 18, 1989) was Babe Ruth and his mistress Juanita Jennings' biological daughter (born Juanita Grenandtz).
She was adopted by Babe and his first wife Helen Woodford Ruth of Boston Massachusetts.

Later life
On January 7, 1940, she married Daniel J. Sullivan, a Brooklyn employee of the Railway Express Agency, and became a member of the Brooklyn Railway Express Agency. Daniel J. Sullivan Jr. (1940-74), her son, was born in October 1940 and later had five children. Genevieve Herrlein and Ellen Hourigan (1943-2017), Dorothy's daughter, were also born in Sullivan's marriage (45-2017), before the union came to a close in 1945. Dorothy later married Dominick Pirone in New York City on December 8, 1948. Donna Analovitch, Richard Pirone (1950-2001), and Linda Ruth Tosetti (b. ), are three children of this second marriage. 1954 (British): The 1954 playboy!
