During on Thursday's Good Morning Britain, Coronation Street's Jack P. Shepherd suffered an on air blunder. The pair, who appeared on the program alongside Ben Price, 51, discussed how Colson Smith, their co-star, who will appear on Celebrity Big Brother, will go. During the live interview Jack, 36, who plays David Platt on the soap, was forced to apologise after his phone started ringing in his pocket.

Sean Wilson of Coronation Street has made another dramatic career change as he continues to move away from his acting roots by bringing out a recipe book. Sean, 58, who competed in Martin Platt in Corrie from 1985 to 2005, has just published his third book called Jazz Food, which contains 44 recipes. Since releasing his second book Cheddar Gorged in 2009, Sean has shifted away from television to begin a cheese business called Artisan Farm.
