David Scott Lascher (born April 27, 1972) is an American actor best known for his appearances in Blossom, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, and Nickelodeon's Hey Dude.
Life and career
Lascher was born in Scarsdale, New York, to a psychotherapist mother and a lawyer father. Alexandra, Carly, and Lauren were three of his three sisters who attended Scarsdale High School.
On Nickelodeon's comedy Hey Dude in the early 1990s, Lascher is best known for portraying Ted McGriff, a lovable troublemaker. On the NBC sitcom "Blossom" (1993-93, he went on to play Vinnie Bonitardi, Blossom Russo's boyfriend. Josh, a coffee shop owner and later a photographer, was featured on Sabrina The Teenager Witch. In a parody of that evening's American Idol finale, Lascher appeared on NBC chat show Last Call with Carson Daly as a Ryan Seacrest clone.
Todd Camhe co-wrote and produced the film Sister, which Lascher also directed in 2014. In 2014, the sister premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
