David L. "Dave" Frishberg (born March 23, 1933) is an American jazz pianist, singer, conductor, and lyricist who was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Blossom Dearie, Rosemary Clooney, Shirley Horn, Anita O'Day, Michael Feinstein, Irene Kral, Diana Krall, Stacey Kent, John Pizzarelli, and Mel Tormé have all performed his songs. Frishberg produced the music and lyrics for "I'm Just a Bill," the song about the ABC Schoolhouse Rock's lorn legislative fiasco. Schoolhouse Rock Live was the original television show that was later turned into a hit show.
