This is the moment an urban fox dubbed 'Roxy' sniffed a man's leg then bit him - after he called the animal friendly. Daniel Owen, 27, was waiting for the bus with another man in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, on Wednesday at 5.45am when a fox ran up to them. The man claimed the animal was 'friendly' before it bit him - puncturing his skin and drawing blood, Daniel explained. The fox - known locally as 'Roxy' - had initially come up to them while they waited at the bus stop and started sniffing before it went for the man. The victim - who had his shopping in his hand - believed the fox was just being curious before it lashed out.
As a result, a headteacher celebrates his year-long ban on cellphones at school, saying that there is now "no" cyber bullying as a result

The order was enforced at Llanidloes High School to discourage bullying and get students talking. Pupils are allowed to travel with their phones, but they must then place their devices in a box at reception. Daniel Owen, the head instructor, introduced the ban in November last year, and claims that cyberbullying cases have decreased sharply. Mr Owen said the ban was based on five Rs -'research, dangers, commitments, reliance, and ridicule.'
