Life and career
Cynthia Kaye McWilliams was born in Berlin, Germany, but she later moved to the United States, where she was mainly raised in Kansas City, Kansas. She graduated from DePaul University in Chicago and then moved to Los Angeles, California. Cynthia Kaye McWilliams earned a recurring role as Kacee Franklin, C-Note's wife, in the Fox drama series Prison Break. She appeared in The Lake House film the year before, as well as in the independent films Of Boys and Men and One Small Hitch.
