Colleen Smith Clinkenbeard (born April 13, 1980) is an American voice actress, line producer, ADR writer, and script writer at Funimation, which produces the voices for Japanese anime films.
Rachel Moore starred in Case Closed, a long-running detective series, before serving as the ADR director on Fullmetal Alchemist's Adult Swim; the young Goku and Gohan in Dragon Ball Z Kai; Yuko Ichihara in the Fullmetal Alchemist series; and Etza Scarlet in Fairy Tail; and Jane Harrie in the television series Forever.

When at Funimation, Clinkenbeard and voice actor Laura Bailey were roommates. She married Patric Carroll in 2012 and they have a son named Rhodes who was born in 2014. Bonnie is a Funimation script writer.
Career
Clinkenbeard, a Dallas stage actor, was involved in voice-over after fellow voice actress Laura Bailey brought her to Funimation for an audition. Éclair was her first voice role in Dragon Ball GT; her first lead role was in Kiddy Grade. Clinkenbeard was the ADR director for the remainder of the episodes midway through the Kiddy Grade series. Rachel Moore was also active early in her career in the detective anime film Case Closed. She would later work with Mike McFarland on Fullmetal Alchemist, which was released on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim programming block in November 2004.
