Cammie Lusko Life

Cammie Lusko (born April 5, 1958) is an American actress best known for her 1980s female bodybuilding contributions. Lusko, a native of Los Angeles, California, competed in her first bodybuilding competition in 1979, finishing third in the Robby Robinson Classic (Roark, 2005) in her hometown.

In the inaugural Ms. Olympia event, she came in ninth place. She shifted her attention to Olympic style lifting in 1983, becoming the first woman to lift more than her body weight overhead with one arm (131 pounds). (Irmo) is a newspaper published in the United States.

In the Women's National Olympic weightlifting competition, she came in second (60 kg snatch and 82.5 kg clean and jerk for a total of 142.5 kilograms).

Lusko executed a 135-pound dumbbell overhead during a guest posing act in which she (at a bodyweight of about 130 pounds) pressed men weighing nearly 200 pounds overhead and jerked a 135-pound dumbbell overhead.

[1] She was once listed as the "World's Strongest Woman" in the Guinness Book of World Records.
