The Indiana Pacers pulled off a series upset over the No. 3 seeded Milwaukee Bucks with a Game 6 win Thursday night.  The Pacers had failed to close out the series in Game 5 but finally punched their ticket to the Eastern Conference semifinals with a 120-98 victory over Milwaukee.  The victory could set up another chapter in the bitter rivalry between the Pacers and the Knicks if New York can wrap up their own series against the Philadelphia 76ers later Thursday night. 

In a highly awaited match between the Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks, the TD Garden will host an Eastern Conference blockbuster. The Celtics and Bucks are first and second respectively in the Eastern Conference, with many followers and pundits alike believing that Wednesday night's game could be a preview of the Eastern Conference Finals in May. According to news, Brook Lopez and the Milwaukee Bucks have committed to a two-year contract extension. Already had the Bucks retain All-Star Khris Middleton, who committed to a long-term contract with the team right away when the free agency opened. Milwaukee will now have a back court trio of Lopez, Middleton, and Giannis Antetokounmpo together for at least two seasons as they search for another championship.

According to ESPN, Bob Myers is resigning as the president and general manager of the Golden State Warriors. The 48-year-old said, 'It's just time.' Myers was the engineer of the Warriors' last four titles. Before joining Golden State in 2011, the 6-foot-7 former UCLA forward spent time as an NBA player agent, assisting Brook Lopez as an example.
