British Alexander Mitchell (born June 28, 1982), who performs under the stage name Brisco, is an American rapper.

Early life

Mitchell grew up in Miami, Florida. His mother died when he was nine years old, and four years later, his brother was killed in a car crash; he then moved to Opa-Locka, Florida. At age 14, the troubled teen's cousin introduced him to E-Class, Poe Boy Entertainment's founder.

Music career

In 1997, Mitchell met Poe Boy Entertainment founder E-Class. Via rap, E-Class encouraged him to voice his innermost pains.

Mitchell, under stage name Brisco, appeared on DJ Khaled's Listennn... the Future of Dade) and Rick Ross' Port of Miami ("I'm a G") in 2006. In November, Lil Wayne signed Brisco to Cash Money Records, a New York company. In 2007, Brisco began recording an album for Poe Boy and Cash Money, Street Medicine's debut in 2007, which resulted in hits like "I'm Into Dat" and "Opa-locka." On a track called New Cash Money, he made his big debut with Cash Money on Lil' Wayne's mixtape Da Drought 3.

Brisco continued to appear in many guest appearances in 2007 and 2008, including on albums "I'm From Dade County"), Tha Carter III by Lil Wayne ("La La"), and Mail on Sunday by Flo Rida ("Money Right"). He also performed "In the Hood" (featuring Lil Wayne Produced by COONEY and coproduced by CP HOLLYWOOD) and "Just Know Dat" (remix starring Flo Rida and Lil Wayne) and appeared in Billy Blue's "Get Like Me" (featuring Lil Wayne Produced by COONEY and coproduced by CP HOLLYWOOD), as well as "Get Like Me" (featuring Wayne Wayne Produced Brisco's Real Nigga Radio collection began in late 2008 with DJ Bigga Rankin. From Dade to Duval, Rankin's Real Nigga Radio collection. Brisco demonstrated his diversity in the summer of 2009 with a touching tribute to the song "Catch 22," written and performed for Miami's well-known ghost writer Dray Skky. He intends to write songs based on his real-life experiences and to "mix club tracks, sex tracks, and religious tracks" for Brisco's highly awaited debut LP, Street Medicine. Lil Wayne's lead single on the album is titled "On the Wall." Street Medicine had a planned launch date of December 2010, but it was not confirmed.

"Waka Blacka" is Brisco's ad campaign against rappers Gucci Mane, OJ Da Juiceman, and Waka Flocka Flame. This video appeared just after Waka was fired in Atlanta on Tuesday. He claims he only revealed this after Gucci Mane mocked him on his album "Heavy" reminiscing an event. The entertainers have since expressed their dissatisfaction with them.

He would be participating in the Urban Wrestling Federation's latest Hiphop/Pro Wrestling alliance, with the taping of the first bout "First Blood" taking place in June 2011.

Brisco released "Chocolate Dream," a Fatboi-produced single that featured Ricco Barrino on the lead.

He has appeared on Love & Hip Hop: Miami in 2020.
