After being arrested on August 30 and business partner Jodi Hildebrandt, Franke was charged with six criminal charges of assault, as well as company partner Jodi Hildebrandt. The nearly 10-minute video, as well as a YouTuber based in Utah, titled 'I am not my sister,' was posted by Hoellein. I am not my Sisters [sic] Crimes.' Ruby and Kevin cut our families off a few years ago, and Kevin's family was eventually cut off,' she said.'
