According to DailyMail.com, a drone thought to have assisted in the escape of a murder suspect was actually being used by a local retired nurse to check his gutters. Police in a press conference Wednesday afternoon reported that they had been warned that a drone was flying in the immediate vicinity of the Warren County Jail in Northwest Pennsylvania right before Michael Burham was released the night of July 6. According to Lt. George Bivens, deputy commissioner of Pennsylvania State Police operations, the drone may have been providing valuable intelligence to assist Burham's prison escape. He urged anyone with details about the unmanned aerial vehicle to contact his unit. However, the truth was much more straightforward. Bob Anderson, 77, a retired nurse who lives right next door, was relaxin on his front porch just after the press conference, sporting a Hilton Head Pickleball t-shirt and seated on a chair with his feet crossed.
