Ali Zafar (born 18 May 1980) is a Pakistani singer-songwriter, model, actor, writer, and painter.
Zafar began on Pakistani television before becoming a well-known musician.

Ali Zafar was born in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, on May 18, 1980, to a Punjabi family. At the University of Punjab, his parents, Mohammad Zafarullah and Kanwal Ameen, were professors. Zain and Danyal have two brothers; the former is a commercial model who wants to work as a singer and actress shortly. Zafar received his early education from C.A.A. Public School is a public school. He graduated from the National College of Arts and Government College of Arts in Lahore.
Personal life
On Saturday, Zafar married Ayesha Fazli, a distant cousin of Indian actor Aamir Khan, in Lahore, Pakistan, on 28 July 2009. They had a boy in 2010 and a girl in 2015.
Umair Fazli, his brother-in-law, is a film producer best known for the 2016 box office's triumph. Saya e Khuda e Zuljalal is a film director who is best known for achieving the 2016 box office's success.
Career
Zafar began his work as a sketch artist at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Lahore and later began performing in television serials. He debuted as a television actor by appearing in drama serials such as Kollege Jeans, Kanch Ke Par and Landa Bazar.
For the 2003 film Shararat, Zafar sang "Jugnuon Se Bhar De Aanchal." He debuted as a musician with the album Huqa Pani, which was also a hit. The album has sold over 5,000,000 copies worldwide and received many accolades and nominations, including the 2004 Lux Style Award for "Best Album" and the 2008 "Best Male Artist" award at the MTV awards, making him one of Pakistan's most popular pop singers.
