Despite signing former Wolves star Raul Jimenez this summer, Marco Silva's side is still searching for a new striker following Aleksandar Mitrovic's £46 million transfer to Saudi giants Al-Hilal. Zapata, who like Mitrovic is a traditional goal forward, was on the verge of signing for Roma on loan this summer, but the Colombian reportedly expressed doubts and the contract was cancelled at the 11th hour.
